Mr. JUMA NURU RUTABANZIBWA–Advocate– is a senior Advocate who has been in practice since July 2012.

His academic credentials are as follows: Holder of LL. B (Hons) from Zanzibar University (2007), Master’s Degree-International Laws, Development and Cooperation attained at Korea University-Seoul Korea (2011). However, as an individual he has experience and expertise in the following areas of Law: Litigation (Civil & Criminal Cases), Private International Laws, Intellectual Property rights (Trademarks), Land laws (Law of property and Conveyancing) (Banking and Financial Institutions Laws, Labour Law, Company Law and Practice, Family and Succession law, NGOs registration, Human Rights Laws and International Institutions Laws.

Advocate Rutabanzibwa, has also worked as Legal officer at the Ministry of Community Development, Gender and Children, Legal officer at GRK Advocates, His other duties included internship programme conducted at Kinondoni resident Magistrate Court and at the Attorney General Chambers, Dar es Salaam. He has also attended a short course on capacity building for Non-Governmental Organization organized by Fujian foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Officials’ Trading Center-China.
